We were approached by a client who needed a solution for their aging asbestos roof, which had reached the end of its serviceable life. After being recommended by a previous client, they trusted us to find a cost-effective alternative to a full roof replacement.

With budget constraints in mind, we specified an overclad system, providing a durable, long-term solution without the high costs of complete removal and replacement. This method not only extended the roof’s lifespan but also improved insulation and weather resistance.

One of the main challenges of this project was limited site access due to a side access road. However, by working closely with our scaffold partner, we developed a tailored access solution that ensured minimal disruption to the client’s daily operations while keeping the project on schedule.
