The Hadleigh Group engaged our team to deliver a full refurbishment of the roofing system on their industrial facility at The Island, Dorcan Industrial Estate. This project was critical in preparing the site for a new tenant, with high expectations for compliance, safety, and long-term durability.
Scope of Works

Asbestos Roof Removal
Full removal of the existing asbestos cement roofing, carried out in line with HSE regulations. -
Roof Design and Installation
We designed and implemented a modern, high-performance roofing system tailored to the building’s structural and functional needs. -
Material and Labour Supply
Complete procurement and supply of all roofing materials and labour required for the works. -
Project Management
Full site management including coordination of all subcontractors, health and safety compliance, and scheduling to meet tight project timelines.

A robust and energy-efficient roof solution offering enhanced aesthetics and long-term weatherproofing.
Quality Assurance and Warranty
As a registered member of the NFRC Competent Roofer Scheme, our in-house surveyors conducted periodic inspections throughout the project. Upon completion, we issued a Certificate of Conformity, ensuring all works complied with industry standards.
We also provided a 25-year unabridged warranty, giving the incoming tenant total peace of mind and long-term confidence in the roof’s integrity.
