Project Overview
The Island, a major industrial facility on the Dorcan Industrial Estate, required a complete roof refurbishment ahead of a new tenancy agreement. The building owner, The Hadleigh Group, appointed Total Cladding and Roofing to deliver a fast, fully compliant roofing upgrade that would meet the strictest safety and performance standards.
This high-value project was not only essential for protecting the internal environment and equipment but also played a key role in securing a new commercial tenant—who demanded long-term guarantees, excellent thermal performance, and full regulatory compliance.
Scope of Works
