How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange surveys, prepare quotes and carry out work. We do this because you have asked us to, before and under a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors, where they need it to survey, quote for or carry out your project;
• our professional advisers and insurers, and public authorities where the law requires it.

We do not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Information stored outside the UK

Some of our service providers store or process information outside the UK. Our customer records, including the enquiries you send through this website, are hosted in the United States. Where information leaves the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations. We review the information we hold and delete what we no longer need.

Your rights
