Total Cladding & Roofing is seeking experienced and fully qualified Roofing and Cladding Contractors — individuals or gangs — to join our team on a employed or subcontract basis. We’re actively recruiting for projects across the M4 Corridor, London, the Midlands, and the North, including several asbestos strip and re-sheet pipeline works, as well as commercial overclad projects.

Overview

If you’re a skilled sheeting contractor or gang with the right qualifications, equipment, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. You’ll be working on a range of commercial and industrial roofing and cladding systems with some of the most respected names in UK construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial and commercial roofing systems

• Fit and install metal cladding and rainscreen systems

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Operate power tools and site equipment safely

• Ensure all work meets safety standards and building regulations

• Perform on-site inspections to guarantee quality assurance

Requirements

• Proven experience in roofing and cladding on commercial projects

• CSCS, IPAF, and CPCS cards essential

• Own tools, PPE, and transport

• Excellent attention to detail and site safety

• Able to work independently or as part of a team

• Full UK driver’s licence preferred
